If you're out of the country, You Choose messages are still free to receive and reply to, but data charges may apply when you click on a link in one of our messages.
How many?
We don't want to overload your inbox, so you'll get no more than six messages a week. If messages aren't coming through, it might be that you need to set up your phone to receive picture messages. Click here to find out how.
If you don’t want to get messages any more
You'll recognise messages from You Choose because the shortcodes only contain 4 and 0, so look out for numbers like 400044 or 400444 which are free to receive, and free to reply to in the UK. If you want to opt out at any time, text STOP to 400000.
